For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any related jlmine policies:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlmine. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access the Platform or create an Account.

To be eligible to register an Account and use jlmine Casino services, you must:

jlmine reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. jlmine will not be liable for any loss arising from the closure of an account due to failure to complete KYC verification.

Misrepresentation of age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jlmine is entitled to void all bets placed, close the account immediately, and return only the original deposit amount (net of any withdrawals already made), with all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account with jlmine Casino. If jlmine discovers that a Player holds or has held multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — jlmine reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those Accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of jlmine Casino. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. jlmine is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jlmine may at any time request that you complete a KYC verification process by submitting valid identification documents. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys ID) and proof of address. jlmine may withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Registration Refusal

jlmine reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmine Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. jlmine will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

All activities conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. jlmine is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify jlmine immediately via live chat or the support email address if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. Upon notification, jlmine will suspend the Account pending investigation.

jlmine Casino accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and designated cash-in partners such as 7-Eleven where available. Supported payment methods may be updated by jlmine from time to time without prior notice.

6.1 Own Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jlmine strictly prohibits third-party deposits — that is, any deposit made from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered jlmine Account holder. Any third-party deposit detected by jlmine will be returned to its source, and the associated jlmine Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at jlmine Casino is ₱100 per transaction for GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary by provider. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the jlmine Cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Fees

jlmine does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

6.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings. Mandatory deposit limits may also be applied by jlmine where required by player protection policies. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Withdrawal requests at jlmine Casino are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to the KYC verification requirements described in Section 4.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

jlmine targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed contractual commitments. jlmine is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount at jlmine is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• jlmine reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds before placing any wager may, at jlmine's discretion, be subject to an administrative review to prevent payment processor abuse.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily limits are displayed in the jlmine Cashier. VIP Players at higher tiers may have elevated withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP program terms.

jlmine Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The general bonus terms in this section apply universally to all jlmine promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a jlmine Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount that must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements and remain freely withdrawable at all times.

8.2 Bonus Validity

Bonuses are valid for a specified time period from the date of crediting, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in a Player's Account after the bonus expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

8.3 Abuse & Fraud

jlmine reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, if it determines at its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, coordinating with other Players to abuse promotions, or providing false information to obtain a bonus.

8.4 One Bonus Per Player

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each jlmine bonus is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 8.3.

All games available on the jlmine Casino Platform are governed by individual Game Rules displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game to which they relate.

9.1 RNG Certification

All jlmine Casino slot games, table games, and RNG-based offerings use certified Random Number Generator software to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by jlmine's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, unbiased, and beyond the control or influence of jlmine or the Player.

9.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, jlmine reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. jlmine is not liable for any losses, real or perceived, arising from a game malfunction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays associated with that specific game session. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies universally to all games on the jlmine Platform.

9.3 Prohibited Software

Players are strictly prohibited from using any software, algorithm, bot, artificial intelligence, or automated system to interact with jlmine Casino games or the Platform in any way. Use of such tools constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

jlmine's sports betting service is subject to these Terms & Conditions in addition to specific sports betting rules accessible within the sportsbook interface. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity at jlmine.

10.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at jlmine Casino are accepted at jlmine's sole discretion. jlmine reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only accepted once confirmed by jlmine's system — a bet is not valid until a confirmation notice is displayed to the Player.

10.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void at jlmine's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event abandonment, obvious pricing errors, suspected match manipulation, or technical failure. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance in full.

10.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets at jlmine may be suspended or removed at any time during the course of an event. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honored at the accepted odds. jlmine is not responsible for any failure to place a bet due to market suspension during live events.

10.4 Cashing Out

Where the cash-out feature is available for a bet, the cash-out amount is calculated at the time the Player requests it. The availability of cash-out and the calculated amount are not guaranteed. jlmine reserves the right to suspend or remove the cash-out feature at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlmine Casino Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance (including both real-money and Bonus Funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple jlmine Accounts;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Making deposits using payment accounts that do not belong to you;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment instruments;
• Engaging in money laundering or using jlmine Casino to transfer or conceal proceeds of illegal activity;
• Colluding with other Players or jlmine employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in jlmine's Platform or games;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers;
• Attempting to access or interfere with jlmine's systems, servers, or data networks;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks against deposits made to jlmine Casino;
• Facilitating or encouraging any of the above acts by any other person.

jlmine Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine consumer protection standards. jlmine provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible at no charge from your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases require a 24-hour waiting period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits — Cap the total amount you can lose within a specified time period. The same waiting period rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session duration after which jlmine will log you out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from jlmine Casino. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. Contact jlmine support to activate this option.

jlmine does not permit knowingly allowing a self-excluded Player to access the Platform. However, jlmine cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of access if a self-excluded Player provides false information to create a new Account. Such an action constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions under Section 11.

All content on the jlmine Casino Platform — including but not limited to: the jlmine brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, game artwork, promotional materials, software interfaces, and proprietary game mathematics — is owned by or licensed to jlmine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlmine Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any jlmine content for commercial purposes;
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any jlmine software;
• Using the jlmine brand or logo in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by jlmine;
• Scraping, data-mining, or automated collection of any data from the jlmine Platform.

Unauthorized use of jlmine's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmine Casino and its operators, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the jlmine Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jlmine's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the jlmine Platform, including game odds, promotional descriptions, or account balance displays;
• Any loss caused by force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jlmine's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jlmine's proven gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jlmine; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.

jlmine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Detection of duplicate Account activity;
• At the Player's own request;
• Due to regulatory requirements or direction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any real-money balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances held in Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of jlmine Casino shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jlmine Platform shall first be submitted to jlmine's Customer Support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, the parties may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

By using jlmine Casino, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through informal means.

jlmine reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlmine will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the jlmine Platform.

Continued use of the jlmine Casino Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 15.

The version date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current terms became effective. Previous versions of jlmine's Terms & Conditions may be requested from Customer Support.
