All activities conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. jlmine is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You must notify jlmine immediately via live chat or the support email address if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. Upon notification, jlmine will suspend the Account pending investigation.
jlmine Casino accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and designated cash-in partners such as 7-Eleven where available. Supported payment methods may be updated by jlmine from time to time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jlmine strictly prohibits third-party deposits — that is, any deposit made from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered jlmine Account holder. Any third-party deposit detected by jlmine will be returned to its source, and the associated jlmine Account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum deposit at jlmine Casino is ₱100 per transaction for GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary by provider. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the jlmine Cashier at the time of transaction.

jlmine Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The general bonus terms in this section apply universally to all jlmine promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms.
All Bonus Funds credited to a jlmine Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount that must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements and remain freely withdrawable at all times.
Bonuses are valid for a specified time period from the date of crediting, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in a Player's Account after the bonus expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
jlmine reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, if it determines at its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, coordinating with other Players to abuse promotions, or providing false information to obtain a bonus.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, each jlmine bonus is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 8.3.
All games available on the jlmine Casino Platform are governed by individual Game Rules displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game to which they relate.

Use of such tools constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any real-money balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances held in Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of jlmine Casino shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jlmine Platform shall first be submitted to jlmine's Customer Support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, the parties may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
By using jlmine Casino, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through informal means.
jlmine reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlmine will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the jlmine Platform.
Continued use of the jlmine Casino Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 15.
