jlmine will respond to all verifiable rights requests within 15 business days of receipt. In complex cases requiring extended review, we will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a final response within 30 business days. jlmine reserves the right to decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or where fulfillment would prevent jlmine from complying with its legal obligations.
Where jlmine cannot fulfill a rights request — for example, because retention is required by AMLA — we will clearly explain the legal basis for retaining the data.
jlmine Casino will only send you direct marketing communications — including promotional offers, bonus notifications, and newsletter updates — where you have provided your explicit consent to receive such communications during Account registration or subsequently through your Account Settings.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time through any of the following methods:
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing already carried out based on your prior consent. After processing your opt-out request — which takes effect within 5 business days — you will continue to receive transactional and service communications related to your Account (such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts), as these are necessary for the operation of your Account and cannot be opted out of while your Account remains active.
If jlmine becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, jlmine will promptly delete that data, close the associated Account, and — where applicable — return any deposited real-money funds to their source. The collection and use of any data provided by an underage individual in contravention of our age verification requirements is unauthorized and not covered by this Privacy Policy.
If you believe that a minor has registered an Account with jlmine, please contact us immediately via the details in Section 16 so that we can investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
Some of jlmine's Data Processors — including certain cloud infrastructure providers and game software providers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where Personal Data is transferred outside the Philippines, jlmine ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Such safeguards may include: contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations on the overseas processor consistent with RA 10173 standards; verification that the receiving jurisdiction maintains adequate data protection laws; and technical security measures applicable regardless of jurisdiction.
No cross-border transfer of your Personal Data will take place to a destination that does not offer an adequate level of protection as assessed against Philippine data privacy standards. jlmine does not transfer your Personal Data to jurisdictions that are explicitly prohibited by the NPC.
jlmine reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or jlmine's data processing practices. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of this Policy took effect.
Where changes are material — for example, where a new category of data is collected, a new purpose for processing is introduced, or a new category of third-party sharing is established — jlmine will notify registered Players in advance via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the jlmine Casino platform.
Continued use of the jlmine Casino platform following the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
